dedicated to collaborating with individuals seeking housing, their support
networks, investors, and developers to deliver quality property, tenancy, and

all, bringing opportunity home. Reporting to
the Housing Engagement Manager, Tenant Engagement Coordinator plays a key role
in fostering tenant engagement and overseeing the onboarding process for
individuals moving into Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), homes and
other housing portfolios under Nesti management. This fixed
term role for a six-month period (with possible extension or permanency) is also responsible for building a pipeline of
prospective tenants for properties and collaborating with the wider Nesti team
to develop and implement a comprehensive vacancy management strategy. Key
Responsibilities:
About you: You
will have experience in a similar role in the disability or community sector
with comprehensive knowledge of NDIS, funding principles, SDA, and working with
participants and their stakeholders. You will also have the confidence to build respectful and trusting external connections in order to build the Nesti brand and develop a pipeline of prospective tenants. Working in a small supportive team within Nesti Housing, your ability to genuinely collaborate, proactively communicate and step in to help whenever required is key to your success in the role. We are
currently seeking a trusted
strategic and operational Finance Business Partner to deliver high-quality
financial insight, analysis, planning, and advice that supports informed
decision-making, sustainable service delivery, and organisational growth. Working closely with Nesti leadership
and maintaining a strong working relationship with the PeopleKind Group finance
team, the role acts as a key link between finance and operations. It
supports effective financial stewardship, strengthens accountability and
enables leaders to understand the financial implications of operational and
strategic decisions. The role
combines core management accounting responsibilities with business
partnering, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, contract and
tender support, and performance analysis. It translates complex financial
information into practical insights and recommendations that improve
decision-making, manage risk and identify opportunities across Nesti’s services
and programs. About
You Nesti is at an important stage of growth and development,
with significant foundational work underway to strengthen, streamline and embed
effective systems, processes and ways of working. This role will suit someone
who is energised by complexity, enjoys improving business processes, and can
work collaboratively to identify and resolve issues in a practical, solutions-focused
way. It is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution by helping
to build stronger financial and operational foundations that support Nesti’s
ongoing impact and future growth. From a technical perspective, you will bring a CPA or
CA qualification, together with strong experience in management accounting,
financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and business
partnering. You will be confident working with complex financial information,
developing meaningful reports and models, and providing clear advice that
supports operational leaders to understand performance, manage risk and make
