A relationship focused role
Your primary focus will be on
establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, including property owners,
tenants, service providers, and a team of professionals, to uphold and enhance
the overall value of Nesti properties. With your exceptional customer service
skills, you'll champion tenant satisfaction and ensure that all client needs
are met promptly and professionally.
The role will naturally oversee
all aspects of property operations from rent collection, tenant screening and
assessment, sign-ups, allocations, maintenance/repairs, leasing, inspections,
ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies – all done with
heart.
Your skills and experience
As a small not for profit
organisation, purpose and people underpins everything we do. Your ability to build relationships,
communicate proactively with investors and genuinely care for our tenants is
what will make you succeed in the role.
Yes, you will have experience in
delivering quality property and tenancy management services, as well as demonstrated
knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act of 1987 and Restricted Property
Management Registration – WA, but above all you will be a person who thrives
on care and connections.
