Mandy joined Nesti in January 2024 heading up our Housing Operations function. A senior operations leader, purpose driven with 30 years of housing industry experience, 24 of those years in social/community housing both in the UK and Western Australia. Mandy brings with her extensive experience in housing operations, planning, project management, continuous improvement and change management.

Mandy enjoys solving complex problems that accelerate potential. She thrives on finding solutions that improve team/business capabilities through creating an inspiring vision, organisational efficiency and focusing energy with strategic leadership.

Mandy is passionate about community housing and being part of the Nesti Housing team empowering people to live their best life through positive and sustainable housing and tenancy solutions.
