Nesti Housing After Hours Emergency Repairs Service

We are pleased to announce that Nesti Housing now have a dedicated service to respond to emergency repairs and maintenance requests outside of Nesti’s regular business hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am am to 4:30pm (not including public holidays).

Ringing the above number will be answered by a call centre who will gather information regarding the repair and if considered an emergency, will arrange for a contractor to attend, or notify a member of the Nesti Housing team depending on the situation.

What is an example of an emergency repair?

  • A burst water service
  • An appliance, fitting or fixture that uses water or is used to supply water that is broken or not functioning properly, so that a substantial amount of water is wasted.
  • A blocked or broken toilet system
  • A serious roof leak
  • A gas leak
  • A dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious damage
  • Serious storm or fire damage
  • A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity, or water supply to the residential premises.
  • A failure or breakdown of any essential service on the residential premises for hot water, cooking, heating, cooling or laundering
  • Any fault or damage that causes the premises to be unsafe or insecure

Emergency Repairs require a response within 4-24 hours.
