Property management enquiry

Nesti Housing has an obligation to undertake certain repairs in a timely manner, to ensure our homes are safe and secure.

Our Property Management team can be contacted on (08) 6325 7700 from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

Emergency Repairs (Within 24 Hours)

Emergency repairs are in line with the urgent maintenance requirements under the Residential Tenancies Act. They include any repair required to avoid danger to health, risk to safety of tenants, or serious damage to the building.

Example of an emergency repair include

  • A burst water service
  • A blocked or broken toilet system
  • A serious roof or gas leak
  • A dangerous electrical fault
  • Serious storm, fire, or flood damage
  • Failure or breakdown of gas, electricity, or water supply to the premises
  • Failure or breakdown of any essential service for hot water, cooking, heating, or cooling
  • Any fault or damage that makes the premises unsafe or insecure

Responsive Repairs (Within 7-21 working days)

These repairs are not emergencies but are necessary for property upkeep and tenant wellbeing. Most repairs fall into this category.

  • Kitchen cupboard and drawer repairs
  • Window and door repairs
  • Flywire repairs

Out of Hours Emergencies

Nesti has a 24/7 service call centre to handle emergency repairs.
The call centre will gather information and arrange for a contractor if required or notify the Asset Maintenance team.
