Community housing

STRENGTHENING THE SOCIAL HOUSING SECTOR
Opening doors to more affordable housing options.
As a registered Tier 3 provider, a home where you can thrive is what we are all about. Please note, that we don’t accept applications directly, but we can put you in touch with the right departments to begin the process.

CDHP is a housing program established under the Department of Communities. CDHP properties are dedicated for use to those living with a disability that meet the eligibility requirements.
Usual tenancy length: long term
CAP is a crisis housing program established under the Department of Communities. Residents in CAP properties meet requirements under a lease with Nesti and are usually referred to Nesti through a tenancy program.
We work closely with partners on a range of these programs. These can include homes for young people (with Anglicare or Mind), those exiting the Justice system (with Outcare), and a number of tenant-specific options.
Usual tenancy length: Short or medium term
Delivered alongside the Mental Health Commission, the Youth Transitional Housing & Support Program Health is a dedicated service for young people experiencing mental health challenges. More than housing support, young people can access one-on-one support to connect with them with non-clinical care and other services they may need.
Usual tenancy length: Short term
