In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind crafting Nesti's brand story, marketing strategy and amplifying our impact across the community. You'll develop engaging content, manage our social media presence, and play a key role in connecting future tenants with their perfect homes.

• Spearhead Nesti's Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to amplify Nesti's brand and drive awareness of our housing solutions.
• Craft Compelling Marketing Materials: Create high-quality content across various digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing collateral.Manage Nesti's Social Media Presence: Develop engaging content calendars, manage our social media channels, and build a strong online community for Nesti.
• Bridge the Gap Between Tenants and Homes: Play a pivotal role in SDA management, crafting targeted campaigns to connect qualified renters with their ideal Nesti properties.
• Foster Collaboration Across Teams: Work seamlessly with internal teams to ensure all Nesti departments have the marketing support they need to achieve success.
• Strategic Marketing Vision: Contribute innovative marketing strategies and tactics to propel Nesti's growth and maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market.
