Pam joined Nesti in January 2023, taking on the pivotal role of Licensee Director. With over three decades of experience in the real estate industry since obtaining her license in 1988. She has not only managed but excelled in various agencies throughout her illustrious career.

For Pam, working in the disability sector is more than just a job; it’s an honour and a privilege. She is driven by a deep sense of purpose, knowing that her work positively impacts the lives of those in need.

In her spare time, Pam remains deeply connected to her community by volunteering for several animal welfare groups. Additionally, she sits on the board of the Perth International Cabaret Festival.
