David Rowe

David has a strong background in both government and business sectors within Australia and internationally. He has served as a Director of the WA South Metropolitan Health Service, Deputy Chair of the WA Land Authority, and Director of the WA Water Corporation.

David’s experience extends to youth development organisations, reflecting his commitment to community and social impact. David holds tertiary qualifications in social science and business and has worked on a United Nations project focused on making overseas government agencies more commercial.

David also chaired the external reference group for the formulation of the Western Australian Housing Strategy 2020-30. In his various roles, he has navigated complex environments and driven meaningful change. His cross-sectoral expertise allows him to deliver innovative solutions and foster sustainable growth.
