Repairs & Maintenance
Nesti Housing has obligations to ensure certain repairs are undertaken in a timely manner and to ensure homes are safe and secure.
Our Asset Maintenance team and selected contractors are responsible for repairs and maintenance and can be contacted on (08) 6325 7700 from 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
For out of hours emergencies, Nesti has a 24/7 service call centre that will gather information regarding the repair and if its an emergency and arrange for a contractor to attend, or notify a member of the Asset Maintenance team. Please call (08) 6493 2223 for this service.

What is an example of an emergency repair?
- A burst water service
- An appliance, fitting or fixture that uses water or is used to supply water that is broken or not functioning properly, so that a substantial amount of water is wasted.
- A blocked or broken toilet system
- A serious roof leak
- A gas leak
- A dangerous electrical fault
- Flooding or serious damage
- Serious storm or fire damage
- A failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity, or water supply to the residential premises.
- A failure or breakdown of any essential service on the residential premises for hot water, cooking, heating, cooling or laundering
- Any fault or damage that causes the premises to be unsafe or insecure
